Welcome to Tuesday School, a non-profit, parent-cooperative preschool growing great minds for over 35 years in Polk County, NC and the Upstate, SC.
ENROLLMENT for the Fall of 2010
Tuesday School opens its enrollment on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Enrollment for the Fall of 2010 will begin the first week of February with priority going to the currently enrolled familes, then to the children on the waiting list. Open enrollment begins on the 3rd week of February.
Please take a virtual tour of our school through our pictures, our teacher profiles and posted events. We invite you to take a "real tour" of our school with your child during school hours anytime Monday through Friday, 9 am - noon. Download our enrollment form.

Playground upgrade!
Thanks to all the parents for their help in getting the playground filled with a new layer of mulch. Thank you to Henson's in Tryon for donating to our school.
Field Trip
Our next field trip will be to the Alpaca Farm on Friday, March 26!
Easter Fun!
The 3 & 4 YO classes will have their Egg Hunt on Wednesday, March 31st. The 2 YO class will have its Easter Egg Hunt and Party on Thursday, Apr. 1.
Health Note
With the school year in session, the chance of germs spreading increases. Please note these suggestions to avoid the spread of germs:
-Talk to your child about washing hands frequently with soap &
warm water for about 20 seconds
- Teach your child to cover their face when coughing or sneezing.
Use a tissue or elbow, then wash hands immediately
- Keep children home if they have a fever. Children should not
return to school until they are fever free for 24 hours
- Children who have flu-like symptoms must be sent home
- Encourage healthy foods, excercise and plenty of rest
